  • Assumed pre-sales engineer responsibilities when required.
  • Unfortunately, my role, along with others, was eliminated during the week of July 10th, 2023.
Presales Engineer & Principal Consultant at Cprime | Aug 2021 – Apr 2022

  • On the first team dedicated to cross practice sales and my first experience in a dedicated pre-sales role. Focused on enhancing customer centricity, my efforts contributed to the expansion of enterprise sales across all practices at Cprime. By eliminating friction in the sales process, we empowered customers to make informed decisions along the pre-sales journey.
Senior Product Manager at Atlassian | Jun 2020 – Aug 2021
  • Managed the work management value stream strategy & delivery for the Jira Align product.       While in this role, this mostly included strategies to remove friction from the jobs to be done within Jira Align’s Backlog, Roadmap, Program Board, Program Room and Work Item Lists pages.
  • Led the change for Jira Align’s engineering teams to organize around the flow of value in the product from the customer perspective. This resulted in true product ownership (including bugs) by the engineering teams, so they were better aligned with the jobs that the customer needed to do to achieve the value of the product.
  • Once the engineering teams were aligned to value, championed aligning the other teams who touched the customer (support, sales, product, marketing, engineering) to a tiger team for Jira Align Work Management so we had had all the voices of the customer without any barriers aligned as one unit around the value we aimed to deliver.
  • Led streamlining our processes for all Jira Align product operations across support, product and engineering using Jira Service Desk, Backbone Issue Sync for Jira, Jira, Jira Align and Confluence as well as an app built on top of Jira Service Desk to help us better visualize how we were doing in regards to SLAs so our product and engineering teams could be more responsive to our customers and not have to second guess what item is higher priority.

  • Spearheaded discovery workshops, enabling clients to achieve collaboration at scale using Jira Align, Jira, and Confluence.
  • Successfully led a outcomes-driven proof of concept with a major health care insurance agency, securing a $3M license deal by demonstrating how Jira Align could realize their desired outcomes. Understanding the problem that needs to be solved and for who was the key to this success. Having a shared vision for what the future could look like with that key to success is ultimately what won the deal.
